Sotto Pinseria is now in Marsascala! 🎉
This is my favourite kind of news to bring to you foodie folks! Our beloved Sotto Pinseria from the Zero Sei family has finally arrived in the southern region of Malta! Ever since we told you to look out for a new Sotto Pinseria in Marsascala back in February, I've been waiting for this day pretty eagerly. Can you tell how excited I am? 🥳
A delicious pinsa Romana and a good beer…
… what else could you possibly need in your life? If you've been to Sotto in Valletta, you know how good their pinsa is. This light, fluffy, yet crunchy pizza is a staple Roman creation that is traditionally baked "over the heat of ashes on a stone". This stuff is so authentic that it has been certified by the Originale Pinsa Romana Association! How awesome is that? 😍
Which one will you choose?
Sotto Pinseria has over 15 different pinsas to choose from, so your only worry will be to pick your favourite. I think my favourite has to be the Pinsa Diavola - a simple pizza with a spicy salami kick. Plus, you can get it with a pint of Cisk for just €10 with FoodBlog’s Cisk combo! 🍺
Or maybe it's the Pinsa Luisa, with rocket, parma ham and truffle sauce, because how can you go wrong with truffle? 🤤
