Tatitas by Verve
This quiet and atmospheric restaurant recently moved from their seaside location in Marsalforn Bay to San Lawrence Square. Their menu includes Mediterranean dishes; mainly with inspiration from Sicilian cuisine and seafood as the star of the show. All around Tatitas by Verve has incredible reviews from their customers - and it’s no surprise seeing as they tick all the boxes from service to ambience to great food. 👌
Osteria Scottadito
If it has the word osteria in it, you know it’s gonna be a proper good spot for homemade Italian food. You can find Osteria Scottadito in Nadur; it’s a lovely spot with cosy interior and of course a fantastic menu with everything from platters, to fresh pasta, to meat dishes, and tasty homemade desserts (check out their Nutellamisu). 🤤
Qbajjar
This gorgeous seaview restaurant has a relaxed ambience without losing any of the sophistication. Qbajjar’s menu brings together local and Italian cuisine in a heavenly marriage of flavours, and it’s well known across the island as one of the best places to dine in Gozo. This is a great spot for large groups or to celebrate events of any kind with amazing food. 🎉
Ottavo Senso by Capitano Spriss
This authentically Italian restaurant and pizzeria is one of the best places to dine in the Gozo capital. Everything is homemade from their burger buns to their desserts, and you’re sure to feel at home in their cute little dining room. You should consider spending your government vouchers on their impressive pizza selection that’s sure to have something you’re in the mood for and a great wine list to go with it. 🍕
Grazie Mille
These guys are all about using the finest ingredients to give you a true Italian dining experience. Located in a quaint renovated house of character in Gharb, sit yourself down in Grazie Mille’s courtyard and enjoy a meal with a home-y feeling that can’t be matched. Known for their seafood and fresh pasta; they also have their own food store, so you can take a piece of Italy back home with you. 🤩
Zafiro
Zafiro is located on the Xlendi seafront, and it’s the perfect Italian spot for them sea views. Fresh pasta, antipasti, and of course fresh fish and shellfish in a short but sweet menu of items of the highest quality. They also offer fish and meat platters to share in both antipasto and main course versions along with an impressive and extensive wine list. 🍷
Mulino
Situated at the new boutique hotel Villa dei Venti in Qala, Mulino offers modern casual dining with a menu that’s simply divine and fully deserving of their clean 5 star reviews. The menu is super varied and includes classic Italian dishes, local inspirations, and a fantastic selection of burgers that are the perfect Gozo weekend delivery.
Casa Vostra
This brand new restaurant in the heart of Rabat sports a funky interior and a super innovative menu. Everything is top-notch ,from the burgers to the fresh pasta, but the real star of the show is their pizza - especially the ‘gourmet’ menu filled with awesome flavour combinations.
