Restaurants you should visit for the best views in Malta & Gozo 😍

Sometimes it’s about the good food. Sometimes it’s about the views. This time, it’s about both. There’s nothing like a stunning view to take your dining experience to the next level. 👑

And here you have it. The best food places in Malta and Gozo for a nice view. And also, really good food of course.

La Nave Restaurant

La Nave is one of our top contenders in the view + food combo. With a menu serving up some classics like their Spaghetti Vongole, some good old comfort bites like their heavenly Hickory Pork Ribs, and some cool creations seen in their entire Sweet Temptations Menu feat. the Raspberry Tiramisu - all the while looking out at the open Med waters.

Alka

Alka Restaurant in Qrendi is simply the perfect restaurant for a full and fresh idea of what Mediterranean dining is really all about. While taking in the captivating view of Filfla on a relaxing sunny day, make sure to order the Assorted Seafood Platter. Delicious! 🐠

One80 Gozo

One80 is situated in both Mellieha and Gozo. While the two restaurants both offer a stunning view of the North of Malta, we happen to just love the One80 restaurant in the Mgarr Marina, Gozo. And who wouldn’t want to treat themselves to a Pan-roasted Lamb Rump or a plate of fresh Linguine di Gragnano with Lobster, all while watching the spectacular view of the sea between Malta and Gozo? 😍

Is the view important when dining out?

Amami

Traditional Japanese dishes, seafood, sushi. Amami has got it all. This incredible Asian restaurant is situated in Mellieha and it boasts a serene view of Ghadira Bay. From Chicken Katsu Curry to Amami’s Signature Sushi platter, eating here feels like going on a little adventure with your tastebuds. 🍱

Giuseppi’s

Giuseppi’s Bar & Bistro is located in Salina Bay. We highly recommend visiting this place the next time you’re taking someone out on a date. With delicious food and a romantic view, it’s hard to be disappointed at Giuseppi’s (especially if you’re having a plate of Aljotta!). 🔥

Tarragon

This fine-dining restaurant in St Paul’s Bay is the place to be if you happen to love dinner with a view! While coming with spectacular views, this restaurant also serves up some pretty delicious meals. For starters, we highly recommend the Local Grouper Mosaic (which comes with gbejna and fennel mouse and a black olive tapenade). We also suggest trying the Duck and Smoked Aubergine Tortellaci as well as the Local Pork Cheeks. Yum! 🦆
