First of all, the puns on their menu are one of my favourite things EVER. Now, onto this pistachio dish. The Don’t Be Pesto Mystic at Olive 3 is a beautiful tagliatelle dish with basil pesto topped with burrata and pistachio granella. It does not only look gorgeous, but it also tastes amazing. 😋

The pizza place we all know and love - Il-Forn ta’ l-Ghawdxi - has a killer Pistachio Pizza with mozzarella, pistachio pesto, provolone, pistachio nuts, Maltese sausage and honey. Doesn’t that sound like the perfect combo? 😍
