Tortellini Day calling! Get your Tortellini-fix at these 5 top spots 👀

Because it’s Tortellini Day, we just had to kick things off with an article dedicated to one of the most delicious types of pasta on this planet! đŸ€€

That’s right, here are the best food places you just have to try out the next time you’re in the mood for a nice, hot, creamy plate of tortellini - and what better day than today? 🍝

1. The Avenue

The tortellini served at The Avenue in St Julian’s is good beyond compare. It’s sweet, deeply flavourful and insanely creamy. Once you try it, you simply keep going back for more because the tortellini at this place are just that good. Give it a try, you won’t regret it! 💚

2. Terrone Restaurant

Situated in the Birgu Waterfront, Terrone is perfect for a Sunday lunch out with the family, being that it is located in such a picturesque place. For tortellini lovers, this restaurant is a must-try. However, if you happen to be craving other plates of pasta, Terrone has also got your fix! Their new weekend-only opening hours make Terrone's tortellini that much more desirable. đŸ€€

3. Briju

This relatively modern restaurant is known for its good meat, good pasta and good atmosphere. No matter what you decide to opt for when ordering at Briju in Gzira, you’ll always be satisfied. Their delish plate of tortellini, in particular, is said to be really good. 😀

4. Tiffany's Bistro

For those of you with a slightly bigger appetite, there's always tortellini's chubbier cousin to consider - tortellacci. Check out Tiffany's Bistro for their homemade stuffed pasta with pecorino and ricotta, or cross your fingers and hope for an additional tortellacci special, like this gorgeous rockfish creation below. đŸ€ž

5. Rebekah's Restaurant

Duck tortellini, Parmesan veloute, grape chutney. Do we need say more? Rebekah's offer a wide range of freshly stuffed tortellini! We can even be confident enough to call this dish one of the Restaurants signatures! They've offered these items in the past:

  • Tortellini of Monkfish and local Red Prawns, served with a herb veloutĂ©, sea asparagus and confit tomatoes.
  • Chabichou Tortellini served with a mushroom broth, dried tomatoes and a hazelnut crumble.
  • Prawn and monkfish tortellini, Burratina foam, herb veloute, crispy guanciale

And another one!
