This guilt-free recipe created by MUNCH A BUNCHโ€™s Rebecca Camilleri takes 4 simple ingredients that pack in flavour and nutrients. Enjoy these heated up or straight out the fridge for the ultimate fudgy goodness.

Time to make your brownies look like these. ๐Ÿคค


Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup MUNCH A BUNCH's peanut butter (any nut butter works)
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • Optional (but a must!): chocolate chips

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 180ยฐC.

2. In a mixing bowl, mash the banana and add the rest of the ingredients. ๐ŸŒ

Admire your brownie. She's a stunner.


3. Pour the mixture in a baking tray and bake for 20-25min. Check the inside with a toothpick - if it comes out dry, youโ€™re good to go! ๐Ÿฅณ

4. Allow to cool, slice and enjoy!
