Chocolate Chip Brownies: Rebecca Camilleri, Founder, MUNCH A BUNCH πŸŽ‚

The only thing better than chocolate chip brownies is a healthy version that tastes just as good (if not better). This guilt-free recipe created by MUNCH A BUNCH’s Rebecca Camilleri takes 4 simple ingredients that pack in flavour and nutrients. Enjoy these heated up or straight out the fridge for the ultimate fudgy goodness.

Time to make your brownies look like these. 🀀


Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup MUNCH A BUNCH's peanut butter (any nut butter works)
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • Optional (but a must!): chocolate chips

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 180Β°C.

2. In a mixing bowl, mash the banana and add the rest of the ingredients. 🍌

Admire your brownie. She's a stunner.


3. Pour the mixture in a baking tray and bake for 20-25min. Check the inside with a toothpick - if it comes out dry, you’re good to go! πŸ₯³

4. Allow to cool, slice and enjoy!
