U Bistrot's latest additions to their Vegan Menu 🥦

U Bistrot is serving up some new additions to their vegan menu, and we’re loving the seasonal vibes they’ve got going on. 🍁

With a farm-to-table philosophy, U Bistrot have always been on top when it comes to fresh and nutritious food. However, they’re quite new to the vegan menu scene, having first launched one this summer. 🌿



Recently the U Bistrot team switched things up, adding all-new vegan dishes with flavours inspired by fall. Their tomato soup starter has been duly swapped out for a more seasonal pumpkin soup - a perfect start to a hearty vegan meal. 🍲

Three new mains have been added to the menu packed with all the veggie goodness your heart could desire. On the list is a sun-dried tomato risotto served over roasted butternut squash (Risotto on Board), pumpkin and quinoa stuffed sweet peppers (V-Edgy Stuff), and baked cabbage filled with lentils and veggies (A True Beleafer). 🥗
