New: Bianca’s Brunch has landed and it’s Banging! 🍳
Did someone say brunch? We heard it coming from Bianca’s direction… oh look a brand spanking new brunch menu! Score! 😋
Brunch and weekends are the perfect combo - just like eggs and bacon or tacos and beans. Am I right? How about the ultimate bangin’ combo - Bianca’s for brunch, this weekend for a Bianca’s EggFast or a Breakfast Taco.
The EggFast comes with poached eggs on buttered toast, drizzled with the classic Bianca’s cheese sauce and slapped with crispy bacon and fresh avo. 🥑
The EggFast’s heartier brother; the Breakfast Taco is a refried bean, cheesy scramble, pork sausage, crispy bacon, tomato and crispy onion layering served inside a crunchy taco shell. Basically; a flavour, texture and colour explosion.
And just because 2 brunch items are not enough, Bianca’s made sure there’s something for everyone; veggies and vegans included. The veggie breakfast goes by the name, Huevos Rancheros - that’s a fancy way of saying damn-good-eggs.
The Huevos come on a crispy tortilla with refried beans, onion, peppers, cheese, avo, salsa and of course, the crowing glory - the huevo - perfectly fried and ready for that yolk pop! 🍳
Vegans, you’re sorted too - a Smashed Avocado on Bread will give you all the brunchin’ feels this weekend. Activate your brunch goals with this smashing open toast served with smashed avocado, a splash of lime, chopped tomatoes and onions and a touch of chilli. 🌶️
The original vegan dish comes with a sprinkle of sunflower seeds, but let’s be real; you can add extra egg and bacon here - just in case the OG is a little bit too nutritious for you. 🥓
