Meet the Lotus Cookie, a thick, gooey blondie-like base stuffed with Lotus Biscoff spread that’s hot and melty out of the oven, and topped with a Lotus biscuit - perfect for dipping into your cappuccino. This one will have your licking your fingers for sure. 🤤
And if Lotus isn’t your thing (even though we’re pretty sure it is), you can still get your cookie day fix with their other mouth-watering flavours, like Stuffed Thicc Nutella, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup or S’more.
