FoodBlog's pairings are back!
This year we have once again teamed up with Farsons Classic Brews to come up with some of the best beer/ale pairings you can imagine across the island. Farsons Blue Label, Farsons Double Red and Green Hop IPA as well as Cisk Pilsner from the Cisk Specials range will be our core focus when looking into these pairings, to ensure you guys get the best out of each one. 😎

In the meantime, we've been working hard on our very own pairings and the first one is in collaboration with one of our favorite Indian cuisine restaurants in Malta, Shakinah! 😍
The FoodBlog x Farsons Blue Label Collaboration at Shakinah!
For our first pairing, we have chosen the iconic Farsons Blue Label Ale to be paired perfectly with the outstanding Butter Chicken Curry served with Indian style basmati rice and a traditional Naan bread cooked in a Tandoori oven (as you can see in the promo video below). 👌
We chose this dish due to the fact that the ale cuts right through the spice to give a 'sweet-ish' sensation. This pairing is available from Shakinah as of today. Simply pop in and ask for the FoodBlog x Farsons Blue Label combination and enjoy it from there on! 😋
