Official: Corner Crave replacing the last New York Best in Sliema 😥
Many of you may have been wondering what happened to NYB? We don’t really know either but what we do know as from today is that it seems like NYB is no more!
As I drove past the closed down restaurant, I noticed a new sticker on the façade titled “Corner Crave – Opening Soon” with a small burger icon below it. 🍔

We promise to keep you all updated with what’s to come in the coming weeks, but what we do know is that its run by the same owners as the other 2 Corner Crave outlets in Qormi and Tarxien. 😲
They posted the following line on Facebook about this new journey:
“After launching two fast food outlets we decided to upper our level to a cafe & bistro restaurant. Our target is to give a superb dining experience to the customer as well as to elevate our culinary experience.”

On behalf of FoodBlog, we would like to thank the Diacono brothers for the brand they built over the past couple of years - the legendary New York Best – as they truly introduced the beauty of American burgers to Malta. Oh, what I would do to munch on a Juicy Lucy right now… 😍
