AYU! One of Malta's hottest restaurants have created a pairing ideal for foodies!
Before we jump right into the juice, we'd like to ask you ... Have you been to AYU yet? If not, what are you waiting for? So we rambled on about the food and the new winter menu, but there's more ... AYU are serving some incredible drinks, from cocktails to local beers. They have one of the largest Farsons Classic Brews selections on the island, serving the Double Red Strong Ale, Blue Label Original Amber Ale, Green Hop IPA Hoppy Ale, Hopleaf Pale Ale & all Cisk Lager variations. So what's next on the AYU pairing agenda?
Introducing our Winter pairing for 2022! The Pulpo A La Gallega, which is basically a marinated octopus dish served with new potatoes, smoked paprika & jubilee foods local olive oil. We've decided to pair this with a delicious pint of Green Hop IPA! This will help bring out the freshness of each bite with a gulp of this stunning, hoppy ale. Would you try this pairing out?
